Música Através do Tempo

Hoje o flashback é de 1916, quando a canção "If You Were the Only Girl (In the World)" foi publicada pela primeira vez... A música se tornou muito popular e foi gravada por diversos cantores como Barbra Streisand e até mesmo Doris Day no filme By the Light of the Silvery Moon:

Porém, a versão mais recente (minha preferida) é a cantada na série Downton Abbey (*-*) no 4º episódio da 2º temporada, de 2011.

*Não consegui encontrar um vídeo com a cena em que essa música é cantada... Encontrei apenas a canção com partes aleatórias da série, mas a  incorporação foi desativada, então deixarei o link -  Downton Abbey - If you were the only girl - pra quem quiser ouvir.

Essa música é muito bonita e se encaixou perfeitamente no contexto da série! Qualquer dia eu faço um post apenas sobre Downton Abbey...
